Main Purpose
We’re working with a respected learning provider known for delivering high-quality, people-centred training across the UK. They’re now looking for an enthusiastic Adult Health & Social Care Assessor/Tutor to join their supportive team — someone who thrives on helping adult learners grow in confidence, skills, and career potential.
Responsibilities
In this rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of learners’ development, supporting them from enrolment to achievement. Your work will include:
- Delivering engaging, accessible training that brings real-world practice to life
- Providing constructive, motivating assessment feedback
- Guiding learners throughout their journey, helping them meet their goals
- Keeping accurate progress records to support achievement
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences
(Field-based delivery and remote support give you real flexibility in your week.)

What we’re looking for
You’ll succeed here if you’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A background in adult health & social care
- Experience delivering and assessing within the sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire adult learners
- Great organisational skills and the flexibility to adapt to different learning needs
- A relevant care qualification and an assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA or equivalent)
- A full driving licence for travel to learner locations
