Main Purpose
You'll play a key role in supporting the apprentices in their Construction department on their journey to success, ensuring they meet their goals and thrive in their careers.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
- Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers at their workplace to ensure continuous progress is being made.
- Assist in onboarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices’ overall learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but full training is offered to exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
Please note, this role will require regular travel to organistions around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties so it is essential that you hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to own transport.
