Responsibilities
As Business Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a central role in this growth journey by:
- Generating new business leads and opening doors with employers across a wide range of industries.
- Building long-term relationships and networks, ensuring employers receive a first-class service.
- Identifying opportunities within existing partnerships to support staff development through upskilling.
- Managing a healthy sales pipeline and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
- Supporting employers with the full recruitment and onboarding process, including DAS account setup.
- Working closely with recruitment and compliance teams to secure smooth placements for apprentices.
- Representing the organisation at events, networking groups, and sector forums.
This is a role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day – from helping employers grow their workforce to supporting learners as they take their first steps into rewarding careers.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Experience in business development, sales, or apprenticeship recruitment.
- A proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive and creative approach, full of ideas for generating new business and finding solutions.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for employer meetings when needed.
