To support this ongoing growth, they are seeking a Compliance Officer who is detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about maintaining high standards in data quality, audit-readiness, and funding compliance.

Main Purpose
As a Compliance Officer, you will be a vital link between operational teams and the senior leadership team, ensuring that funding data is accurate, submissions are timely, and processes are as efficient and compliant as possible.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Quality teams, offering guidance and support to uphold data integrity across the business. From tracking enrolments to resolving funding errors and preparing reports, your work will directly influence strategic decisions and overall organisational performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of ESFA Apprenticeship funding rules and ensure full organisational compliance
- Support the processing of enrolments, completions, and change of circumstances on a monthly basis
- Assist with preparation of ILR data and ensure timely submissions
- Monitor and report on learner progress reviews and highlight any inconsistencies
- Offer compliance guidance to internal teams to help maintain audit-ready data
- Identify vulnerabilities or risk areas within compliance processes and recommend improvements
- Help investigate and resolve funding issues raised through PFRs, PDSATs, and Period End reports
- Provide management with accurate data reports and insights for decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Previous experience working with ESFA funding data or a strong interest in learning
- Ability to interpret and apply funding rules and compliance regulations
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Confidence in working independently and collaboratively across teams
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
