Electrical/Multi-Skilled Field Team Assessor

Educated Appointments are delighted to be supporting a rapidly expanding Group Training Association with training centres in Hull, Grimsby and Scunthorpe to hire a Electrical/Multi-Skilled Field Team Assessor.

Our client provide engineering apprentices and adult skills training for hundreds of companies in Yorkshire and Humberside.

Main Purpose

To deliver coaching , assessment and IQA with clients that form part of our ‘off site’ operation, encompassing the learners, and staff in order to ensure successful completion of the relevant qualification standards along with support for learners and employers towards End point assessment within the given timeframes and as per the quality standards of the different awarding bodies and regulatory compliance agencies.

Responsibilities

  • To play a part in meeting our client's key quality objectives
  • To promote the highest possible standards in customer care, equal opportunities and health and safety practices for the benefit of learners and the wider community served by the Company.
  • To adhere to all quality standards and procedures and undertake all relevant and necessary training.
  • To maintain effective and efficient record keeping procedures (Onefile and other tracking systems as appropriate) and ensure all relevant evidence of learning is accurately and correctly documented and completed for each learner.
  • To assist in assessing, changing curricular/ course content needs and offers plans/ new delivery methods for improvement on a regular basis.
  • To support, implement and comply with the Quality Documented System (ISO 9001).
  • To assume responsibility for meeting course and learner performance goals and own annually set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • To provide written and verbal feedback and support to learners on a one to one or group basis.
  • To offer customer care and support/liaison to the client companies as and when required.
  • To support, implement and deliver the Health and Safety policies/ procedures and individual designated roles (responsible persons) as per the Health and Safety Documented System.
  • Any other duties commensurate with this post.

Our working hours are: Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 4:15 and Friday 8:00 – 4:00. However, we expect a degree of flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
