Maths Tutor
Are you passionate about helping learners develop confidence, resilience, and essential Maths skills that open doors to brighter futures? This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive, learner-focused training organisation where your teaching can make a genuine difference. As a Maths Tutor, you’ll bring learning to life through engaging, inclusive, and purposeful sessions spanning Entry Level 3 to Level 2, including Functional Skills, GCSE, and resits. You’ll guide learners from their very first assessment through to their final achievements, taking the time to understand their starting point and tailoring your teaching to meet their needs. Your warmth, high expectations, and motivational approach will create an environment where learners feel supported, safe, and encouraged to progress—both academically and personally. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, using holistic learner information to plan effectively, reflect often, and continuously build on your practice.
