Main Purpose

This is more than a coaching role. It’s a chance to play a part in the next stage of a provider’s growth, helping to build capability in a field that is becoming increasingly important across the public, private and third sectors. Whether you come from a leadership, management, innovation, or service design background, your expertise and transferable skills will enable you to make a real difference to learners’ journeys.

  • Learner support and coaching – Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions that encourage reflection, embed learning, and build confidence.
  • Assessment and feedback – Review learner portfolios, projects and assignments, offering high-quality developmental feedback.
  • Workshop delivery – Support and deliver engaging workshops, both virtually and occasionally in person, bringing the curriculum to life.
  • Employer engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, engaging with stakeholders at all levels including managers, directors, and senior corporate leaders, ensuring learning outcomes are aligned with organisational strategy.
  • Progress monitoring – Track learner progress, set measurable goals, and celebrate achievement along the way.
  • Embedding practice – Ensure that learners apply their knowledge and skills effectively in their roles, achieving real-world impact.
  • Safeguarding and compliance – Promote learner wellbeing and ensure delivery meets Ofsted and DfE expectations.
  • Continuous improvement – Contribute to the development of curriculum and delivery by sharing learner insights and advocating for innovation.

  • You’ll join a dynamic and ambitious team at a pivotal stage of growth, with opportunities for longer-term progression and influence.
  • You’ll benefit from flexible working arrangements – with the choice of hybrid (1–2 days in London) or fully remote working across the UK.
  • You’ll enjoy a competitive salary and performance-related benefits, plus access to CPD, mentorship, and clear career development pathways.
  • You’ll collaborate with inspirational educators, industry specialists, and forward-thinking employers.
  • Most importantly, you’ll see the direct impact of your coaching, as learners grow in confidence, capability and influence within their roles.
