The client's relationships are their top priority. They're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as their main point of contact. You will be on hand to support the employer whilst their learner is on-programme with the client. You will collaborate closely with their team of Coaches to assist with action plans and resolve any concerns they may have. As learners approach the completion of their programme, you will begin discussing the opportunity for them to progress onto a Level 4 Programme.
